Ysilde. Because he rocks. He was originally intended to be a side character, and then he decided to claim the spotlight for himself. That was around the time that I realized that Larkenia was much more of an ensemble series than a story with a single protag. *nods*

15. Midway question! Tell us about a writer you admire, whether professional or not!

Neil Gaiman is someone I admire, even though I'm not fond of some of his works. I like his quirky sense of characters and plot, and his ability to work with a variety of mediums. He strikes me as a wonderfully odd storyteller, and that's awesome in my book.
